I made these for the teachers in our lives...
Strawberry Sweetness
1 1/2 C nonfat dry milk powder
2 C mini marshmallows
1 C Strawberry drink mix (Quik)
1/2 C confectioner's sugar
1/3 C buttermilk blend powder
1/3 C nondairy creamer powder
Combine ingredients and top with marshmallows. Keep in an airtight container and store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. Pour 1/3 C mix into boiling water and serve. Delish!
*The packaged marshmallows were found at Target in the Valentine section, I simply re-packaged those to match the drink mix. The pink spoons were dipped into milk chocolate and a small candy was placed on each one.
And these are cheaters...
I bought a box of the 100 Calorie Oreos, layered them with pink frosting and topped them off with a heart candy. I saw this idea on another blog (sorry--I forgot where!) and I knew I had to make them. Tasty!
Enjoy your day!

Hi Guys--Yes, that is the pink drink Tina was speaking of! I made some for her daughter who is in college. It is VERY pink, and a little shocking at first!
ReplyDeleteAnd Lisa--you can find the buttermilk powder at your grocery store by the dry milk. I thought it would be difficult, but it wasn't! Good luck!
