hey ya'll! emily here :)
i had time to crank out one more layout using this months kit...
i loved the girly vibe i got in this kit.
it made me smile :)

and here's a project idea.
do you have tons of photos printed, like i do?
see, i take so many photos, and have many that are frame-worthy, but i don't have the money for all those frames right now!
so, i got these magnetic boards from IKEA (of course!) and just started putting pictures up on them.
now i can easily take them down and replace them, when i find a new picture to put up.
these hang right on the wall when you walk into my home...and there are 3 of them. they were 10 bucks each, so it was a pretty good deal, and i get to display lots of photos.
have a great friday!
love your layout Emily and I must find one of those magnetic boards... too cool!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful page!! Love it.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea for the wall picture display :)
dumb question: what do you use to attach the pictures to the magnetic board? i don't see any obvious magnets in the photo...
ReplyDeleteI love this idea Emily! I have the same question on how you are attaching the photos. I love the clean collage look.
ReplyDeleteLove your blog, and love this idea! I am absolutely going to do this because I have sooo many pics sitting in photo boxes that I want to display! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeletethat layout is great!
ReplyDeleteand love the photo boards...a wonderful clean look...oh how i wish ikea was here...
hey ya'll...i stuck a tiny piece of tape on the back of each photo...i couldn't find any small magnets that i liked. hope that helps!
ReplyDeletelove those frames!!! Gonna hunt those down at Ikea for sure :) Just had one open up in nearby Charlotte, ;)
ReplyDeleteI love this idea! You could so switch out photos anytime! I am going to lift this idea! i bet a girl could use a piece of magnetic strip (flat) on the back of the photo!?
