I am in the process of moving us from our master bedroom where it's dark and gloomy (and right next to our neighbors), to our office where it's bright and sunny....
ReplyDeleteI'm in the process of completing several creative projects for college finals. One is a series of art journal pages about classic fairy tales. The other is a photography series project about healthy self-image. I'm really enjoying both. *very* excited to see the finished product. <3
ReplyDeleteI have a quilt / playmat in progress that I need to bind and give as a gift. I am also trying to finish my second son's first-year album - it's a long process!
ReplyDeleteI am in the process of planning my summer vacation. It's already May 1st and I still don't know where I want to go or what I want to do.

ReplyDeleteI am working on renovating a "canned ham" camper hubby got me for Valentine's day. It's coming along nicely...and will soon be ready for our maiden voyage! See pics and more at http://pclouse.blogspot.com/2009/04/great-canned-ham-adventure.html
ReplyDeleteI am in the process of removing wallpaper from our kitchen. I need to get on the ball and finish...hubby doesn't realize that once you start a small kitchen project it will lead to a BIGGER kitchen project...shhh...don't tell him. I was laughing the other day as I stood staring into the kitchen, my hubby snuck up behind me and said,"Uh oh I can see you have a vision! We're in trouble now!" If he only knew...:D
ReplyDeleteim in the process of decorating my DDs room and becoming a mother of 2 and thats a project all on its owm....hard work i kid you not xoxoxo

ReplyDeleteI am currently working on my daughter's pregnancy book and updating her Life Book.
ReplyDeleteI'm in the process of ordering the supplies for a week-long house makeover at the end of this month! I can't wait to see my new and improved home (and get back to playing with paper!)
ReplyDeleteWe are in the process of redoing our pond & waterfall out in our backyard. It will mean moving plants and digging a larger pond and probably a few headaches along the way. The end product and serenity are priceless tho!
ReplyDeleteI'm working on Library of Memories AGAIN! I did this a few years ago and didn't keep with most of the triaging so now I'm back at it again!

My work in progress is always my attic scraproom. Will it ever be done? I think I need help!!
ReplyDeleteMy work in progress would be my children's scrapbooks; I have years here & there that are done, but lots of fun pictures still left to scrap plus the ones I continue to take.
ReplyDeleteMine is actually scrap book related.......I need to finish DS's senior year album before graduation!!
ReplyDeleteI am in the process of trying to lose as much weight as I can before we go away sometime in June/July. I am in the process of organizing my first yard sale sometime in June. I just cleaned up my scrap space a bit so I am ready to scrap again. Have new photos ready to go on my desk.
ReplyDeleteI'm in the process of reorganizing my scraproom. I've been working on various stages of it for almost a year now, how embrassing. I just want to finish it.
ReplyDeleteI'm in the process of making all my great nieces a scrapbook from the kits I bought off of you in the etsy shop. Can't wait to get done with them & I can't wait to see all their expressions on their faces. They are all between 10 & 11 yrs old. They are at that age where they can put their own little touch. I'm making tree of them.

I'm am gatherings items for a yard sale in early June. Lots of scrapping items from years past.
ReplyDeleteWhat a generous giveaway Trish! Thank you so much! My current works in progress are of course trying to raise my girls the best I can, being a helpful wife, and then also keeping my creativity going. Right now I'm working on a mini album using Pink Paislee goodies, and repurposing their sticker pack as a mni album.
ReplyDeleteWow! Great giveaway! I bought the kit last night, I loved it so much! My "work in progress" is figuring out what I want to be when I grow up. I've spent 17 years in the publishing industry and I'm thinking of making a change, right before I turn 40 next year...
ReplyDeleteI'm in the process of planning a trip to Disney World for ten people, finding a theater program for my son this summer, working on an album for a client that I srapbook for and trying to clean my house up for the weekend. Yikes - too much to do and not enought time!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for doing this for us, Trish! My work in progress is trying to lose some weight and get in shape. It's been pretty hard lately because I have a nasty cold now for a week and a half which has kept me from going to the gym. It's hard to keep motivated when you can't work out and feel yucky. :( Will go to the Dr. on Monday if I am still sick, but I am trying to keep my spirits up. :)
ReplyDeleteI have too many work in progress projects. I'll be working on our Ohio trip from your retreat from last year. We definitely took to many pictures but I refuse not to use them all. BTW, the NSD kit is adorable... HUGZ

ReplyDeleteCindy (Texas)
My WIP is a year in review album for 2009. I just decided to do this, so I made a March page, and now have to do Jan and Feb and one for April.
ReplyDeleteI am picking the pics, and making the pages, then letting the kids tell me what to journal. Isn't that cute!!??
So much of my life is a work in progress! My daughter is having her first baby (our first grandchild) in August. Add to that my husband's recent diagnosis with Parkinson's Disease, and you have lives constantly changing. It seems like once again I've become the "anchor" for my family. But that's okay. Without change there is no growth, and without growth there is no progress!
ReplyDeleteI'm in the first week of a new exercise program: three Zumba classes a week, and two Pilates classes. I'm hoping with careful eating this will help me lose the last few pounds I put on over the winter (after losing a nice amount last fall!) I never imagined I'd have to spend so much of my retirement at the gym!
ReplyDeleteThanks to Laina's post a few days ago, I'm working on a photo album of my (immediate) family reunion which took place at Disney World a few weeks ago. We have over 1400 photos between us! I was so thrilled to see Laina's idea - I ran to JoAnn's and bought the same album and am getting ready to start printing out photos. Thanks Laina for giving me a solution to my problem!
ReplyDeleteLove everyone's comments- we are busy women!!! I am in the process of trying to get my garden back in order after about 2 years of neglect. I went through some difficult times, and just didn't have the energy or desire to garden. My yard used to be the best in the neighborhood, then this spring I started getting landscaping cards on my front porch- time to get my garden beautiful again!
ReplyDeleteMy current work in progress is ME!!
ReplyDeleteScrapping wise, I am working on a layout about my favorite song. It took me a bit to narrow it down, but once I gave it some REAL thought it wasn't actually that difficult. It is Imagine by John Lennon. Now it I had a top 5 list, THAT would be hard to narrow down!!
I'm working on my third Week In The Life Album. I've done the same week each year since I took Ali's album track at CKU-Detroit
ReplyDeleteI'll see you May 9th. I can't wait to scrap all day. I'm working on Easter and a 1987 vacation to Germany & Italy.
ReplyDeleteI am working to catch up on scrapbooking my daughter's first year. She's 14 months and I'm still working on 10 months. I need some inspiration and a new kit would help!
ReplyDeleteI'm taking the In Loving Memory class right now. That's my biggest WIP! Very emotional thing to do
ReplyDeleteI have several "works in progress!"
ReplyDeleteAlways have a scrappy page going currently a trip to the mountains. I have paint chips spread all over trying to decide what color to paint the master bedroom and I just finished meeting with a landscaper in teh hopes of him being able to help me with my vision for the backyard! :)

ReplyDeleteMy life is a work in progress. I never thought I'd be going back to school and changing careers in my 40's.
ReplyDeleteOur finances are currently a work in progress. After a couple years of starting on it we are finally starting to see some results. My hubby is working 2 jobs, and I have taken in a little girl during the week to help with the income. It will take a while, but we are committed to following our plan to get rid of all this debt!!
ReplyDeleteMy WIP is trying to find a job and/or possibly going back to school and I'm almost 50! It is quite a job to go back at my age and to possibly change careers.
ReplyDeleteI am in the process of completing my degree in Criminal Justice. Scrapbook wise I am working on my niece's 16th mini birthday album.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to finish up some pages and minibooks that resulted from online classes; I can never keep up! The real challenge though, is that when my computer crashed I totally lost not only my class materials, but notes, thoughts and journaling that I'd already compiled for these classes - it's really hard reconstructing it all.
ReplyDeleteMy whole life is a WIP but today I started LOAD '09: a layout a day for May! I'm determined to keep up!
ReplyDeleteI am working on decluttering my home...which leaves me with little time for scrapbooking...BUT I am still managing to fit it in:)
