Kinder mini

When I got this mini I wasn't quite sure what to do with it. But I saw the tabs and then thought of making something that would document some of Alyson's favorites for the the year, her Kindergarten year. And this is what I came up with.

I had Alyson write her own name. I used the Sass chipboard alphas which were perfect for this because they are very playful and add to the kid-friendly look.

For the insides I created a little template in word and simply printed them all out and adhered them to each page. I picked things that I know change ALL the time and they are not necessarily things we remember as they get older. So this is perfect! I also added a line for her to print her name because as a teacher, I know how much their writing changes from September to June -- so this is also a fun little marker as well.

As you can see I started to get a little theme-y with each month. I used the play cards by sass as well as little things from my stash. So easy and fun!

I have this in our little to do area. So I will do October at the the end of the month and keep going. It was such a fun and easy book to make -- I hope this gave you some ideas:) Thanks for stopping in.
