Instead of using a punch I used my Cuttlebug and my Spellbinders scallopped Nestabilities.
I used a lot more lunch bags than were called for in the tutorial but I think it is entirely up to you.
And then I just used a hot glue gun to adhere them on the wreath. Here is the finished result.
I used 3 different Martha butterfly punches. I used vintage book paper for them.
I hope you give it a try!

Loveley wreath...Great idea. I need to purchase a butterfly punch or two!
Gorgeous! No where I shop gives out paper bags anymore though. I bet this would look cool using colourful magazine pages or flyers that just end up in the recycling box.
This blows my MIND. Love it and I'm totally doing this one!! tfs!
Love this Michelle! Trish - I can totally see this in your house.
I also saw this wreath on her blog and I made it a few weeks back. I love love love it! Yours is adorable and I love the ribbon around it...I might have to change mine up a little. Thanks for sharing!
this is really beautiful. my grocer does not use brown bags either, but i always have kraft wrapping paper around that i also use as work table blotter. that could be recycled. just a suggestion. (found at michaels)
