Fun finds & a few answers...

I scored at Archiver's yesterday, and man...I can't wait to use my new stash!Have you seen all the cool fonts and colors from American Crafts? Loving the Vera font in the yellow--it is awesome! And the white plastic letters--so fun! You can get a better look of what they have coming out for CHA Summer on their blog. I especially love this and this stuff...
And I couldn't resist these colorful velvet brads from Doodlebug. I can't believe the cost of these suckers (yes, I spent $5.99 on ONE packages of these babies), but I'm a freak about brads and had to have them. I also got that Hambly transparency I had been coveting for what seems like forever, so I'm glad I caved...

So I'm guessing you all are pleased with the new design team, based on the amount of people who signed up for subscriptions yesterday alone. MAN. I actually spent a good part of the day placing more orders so I could increase the quantity of new subscribers to accommodate everyone for August. New designers + Jamie Waters as the guest designer = a lot of packing to do--SO exciting!!

I'll be showing more sneaks in the next few days...

And because I've also received a bunch of emails asking general questions, I'll address a few of them here:

The subscription is for the main kit ONLY. I do not have subs for the project kit at this time, but I may offer that up in the future. The subscribers have the first choice of the project kits and the add-ons when they receive their notification email from me on the 13th of the month.

Yes, I am taking new subscribers for the month of August. But once those are filled, I will have to carry any new customers into September.

The difference between the main kit and the project kit is basic. The designers mainly create layouts with the main kit. The project kit is geared toward mini books, altered items and a few layouts. The add-on kits are a mix of papers and embellishments that coordinate with BOTH the main kit and the project kits. The project kit and the add-on kits are priced depending on what product is represented, and it varies from month to month. The project kit and the add-ons usually sell out fairly quickly (and usually with subscribers before they're offered up to the public when the kits go on sale at the website on the 15th of the month.)

Yes, technically we are a mid-month club. Emails go out to subbers on the 13th of the month, requesting their orders. The kits are offered up to the public on the 15th of the previous month. The galleries and newsletters are posted & sent on the first of the month. So for August, the kits will be made available to the public on July 15th, and the website will host the gallery for that kit on August 1st.

Jamie Waters was given a hybrid of the Augusts kits, and so were the new designers. I've tried my best to listen to your requests for more samples using the embellishments given in the add-on kit, so hopefully you'll see a difference!

Please email me if you have any questions or would like to set up a subscription at Turay413@gmail.com.

Have a wonderful Thursday!!
