I have been asked about them in my own scrapbooks a lot because I use them frequently. I can't tell you how many sites I've used, and how many templates I own, but a LOT is my answer.
Take these two, for example. I printed them out size 8x8, and I can't wait to scrap them!
I was playing around with a bunch of older photos the other day, and used them to create the above collage in the shape of a peace sign. You can download the free app here, and make your own! I've done these before (you can see one of the layouts here), but kind of forgot about it. With Earth Day coming up, I just might have to do a map of some sort...
