Here in Ohio, this is the time for all things apples. The start of Fall. Glorious! So when I saw the recipe for these amazing Caramel Stuffed Apple Cider Cookies, I knew I had to make them...

I ran out yesterday and got the ingredients to make these!! I couldn't find the kraft carmels at walmart but did find kraft carmel bits instead. Just got finished baking them...YUM!!!!! My little helper gave them a big thumbs up :)Thanks for sharing this!!!

so Colleen and I made these.......evil, they are just evil....you can't eat just one and then once you've passed an unmentionable number you just figure "what the heck, I'll have one more!" These are just the bomb!! Thanks Trish!! :)
