I don't know about you, but I've had a long standing love affair with my freezer. I enjoy cooking a lot (not nearly as much in the summertime), and given the opportunity, I will double the size of my family's meal and freeze one for a dinner later on. So when I saw this post on making burritos and freezing them as snacks, I was all over it. You will see in the comment section of that post that someone else also recommends making up breakfast burritos in advance using the same concept.
