Each year in October, my company runs its annual United Way drive. There are many fund raising festivities over the course of the month, such as sports tickets raffle, potluck lunches, gift basket raffles, massages, and my department always have an auction. All proceeds from the auction go to the United Way.
Every year, I gather up a few cards I have made over the year and put them up for this auction. Every year, I am surprised by how well they sell, and therefore every year, after the fact, I wish that I had been more organized and methodical, maybe next year, that's what I say now...
Here is a favorite card from the batch of cards I sold, lucky bird has gone home to a new owner now :)
